Thank you for shopping at Chess Philosophy. We want to ensure you have a hassle-free experience with our return and refund policy.

We have a 50-day return policy, which means you have 50 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Restocking Fee and Return Shipping

There is a $10 restocking fee, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with refunds or replacement. 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know when the refund was approved. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. 

 

Warranty 

If a chess piece breaks we can offer to ship a replacement for $20 for both the piece and shipping.
